Spirit Health Care offers pharmaceutical products, nutritional supplements, and healthcare solutions through our four divisions: Skincare & Beauty, Dietary Supplements, Spirit FitZone, and Children's Health Products.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinars (KWD) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash payments at our physical locations.
4. Delivery and Returns
Delivery times vary depending on your location within Kuwait. We strive to deliver all orders within 1-3 business days.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for non-pharmaceutical items in their original condition. Pharmaceutical products cannot be returned once dispensed.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when using our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information.
You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services.
6. Limitation of Liability
Spirit Health Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
